We're Hiring! HYFC is Looking for a Mentorship Coordinator

We're hiring a Mentorship Coordinator to oversee the administration and execution of our new Mentorship program. Staff at PIFF will handle much of the behind the scenes work (including the promotion, application, and selection of 10 mentors/mentee pairs, grant reporting, etc). The Mentorship Coordinator  will be given a broad array of day-to-day tasks to ensure the mentorship program runs efficiently, and will be asked to participate in bigger-picture discussions to help improve future mentorship offerings. Generally, they will be asked to do the following:

1. Coordinate half-day virtual training for mentors
2. Coordinate half day in-person retreats/gatherings at beginning and end of program for the full group of mentors and mentees
3. Support both mentors and mentees throughout the process to ensure they are communicating with each other, working through the workbook, and meeting on a regular basis
4. Create social media content to highlight mentorship for HYFC Facebook and Instagram
5. Handle financial administration for the mentorship 
6. Identify and develop best practices for the future
